My first review of this facility was rejected by NHS England.

Our experience with this facility and its staff was appalling and has destroyed us as a family. The complaints process was a complete joke. This facility treats complainants as adversaries and does not hesitate to use the stigma of MH against it's own ''service users.''

I’m really sorry to hear this but thanks for taking the time to say how you felt about it. Our staff try really hard to provide the best service they can so it is very concerning to for us to hear this from you, we wouldn’t want anyone to feel this way.

Can we discuss this? Is there anything we can do to improve the outcome for you and your family. It is difficult to do this without knowing more details from you so would you be able to call me to discuss it further?
