I attended a clinic in the breast service this morning. The consultant was lovely and thorough and referred me to an ultrasound scan immediately, which I received after just 10 minutes of waiting.
The assistant to the consultant was very friendly and put me at ease straight away. The consultant who conducted the scan was friendly and reassuring and talked me through the scan so I knew what we were looking at.
I must also add that my appointment was non-urgent, but I received an appointment just 2 weeks after seeing my GP.
Thank you to everyone involved in running such an efficient and friendly service.
