"Colonoscopy"

I attended the Endoscopy department on 1 May for a colonoscopy and the endoscopy nurse who performed the procedure was excellent; they were kind and careful and very empathetic. I felt listened to and supported and felt no pain at all. I used gas and air and was able to watch the procedure on the screen. All the staff were so kind and considerate. I am writing this so that other patients coming for this procedure are less worried than I was beforehand.
