I'm seen a few times a year by my own consultant in Neuro outpatients and would like to say how impressed I am by the service. My consultant is friendly, approachable and I feel goes above and beyond. I recently contacted the secretary/epilepsy nurses about an issue on Monday, I had a telephone call by Tuesday and a letter faxed with instructions to by GP for my appointment by Thursday morning! I feel in good hands at this hospital and have been supported in coming to terms with a diagnosis I definitely didn't want!
