About: University Hospital Hairmyres / Ophthalmology

(as the patient),

I was running late for an appointment and 5 members of staff at the eye clinic in Hairmyres waited on me until 6: 20pm just so that I could be seen. When I arrived the receptionist, nurses and consultant were all very polite. I am so grateful for their patience!

Thank you for your kind comments, staff try to accommodate patients where possible as we all have hectic lives and cannot always predict how our day is going to work out.
