"Ward 6"

About: Hull Royal Infirmary

I was referred by my GP on 3rd may 2016 for acute stomach pain. I arrived at ward 6 19.30 where I was put in the waiting room and told to sit and wait for a doctor. The nurse took my referral letter.

I then sat and waited for 2.5hours no pain relief despite asking multiple times and being doubled over in pain. Once seen by one doctor who got my name and sex wrong and lost my ref feral letter I had to then sit and wait a further 2hours to find out my bloods did not work and had to be done again. This meant an over night stay of which the first pain relief wad given 2am then despite asking and once again doubled in pain was not given anymore until 7am.
