"Terrible communication"

About: Nuffield Health, Brentwood Hospital

After a ct confirmed I needed a serious operation on my ear otherwise I would lose my hearing, which is a very big deal to me as I am only 24, I was told I would receive a letter confirming my operation date.

Over half a year later I still hasn't received a letter so I called them to be told neither the surgeon nor their receptionist were currently available, so if I had not rung i would have been completely forgotten about which is extremely upsetting when your hearing is on the line.
