Receptionist lovely and v helpful.

Wait time fine.

I was called into the assessment and then from the word go the nurse was disinterested in my problem and appeared to consider it not relevant from the moment I entered the room.

They asked why I was there and I said my GP had suggested I come.

The nurse then told me I shouldn't be there, that my GP should have sorted an X-ray if that was what they thought I should have and my problem was not what i thought it was.

They told me all this as if I was ignorant and wasting their time.

I felt I was annoying them.

They gave my knee a cursory prod through my jeans and sent me on my way.

I left feeling stunned and unsure as to what to do next.

I went home as I wanted to cool off as their manner had be intimidating.
