"Finchley Memorial Hospital"

On the 23 April 2016, I attended the walk in centre at Finchley Memorial Hospital. The receptionist greeted me in a professional, warm friendly manner. This was my first visit to this clinic, I was impressed that my details were already registered on the system. This gave me confidence that the NHS have put systems in place to prevent abuse of those who are not entitled to use this valuable resource. I was booked in in a timely manner and saw a health professional who gave me advise on the treatment I required to manager my symptoms. I was very impressed with the whole service and experience. I hope that the negative comments I have read do not over shadow the excellent service the staff provide. I can only imagine that it may be difficult to manage the expectations of some individual. All I can say is my experience was similar to that of something you would revive in private health care. I hope that the staff receive the possitive feedback. Finchely staff you are doing an excellent job. Thank you for your care and professionalism.
