"I felt in very safe hands"

About: New Cross Hospital / General medicine

(as the patient),

I had excellent treatment from the whole team in endoscopy, especially Jan, the introductory nurse and Sam who performed my procedure.

I felt in very safe hands, and was treated with much kindness and courtesy.
