"inadequate baby clinic"

About: Children & younger people's services / Gedling Healthy Family Team

(as the patient),

Takes place at a children's centre once a month and the facility is so woefully inadequate it has no facility for you to take your pushchair inside the building so you have to take your baby out of their pushchair outside in the cold and wet (when raining), plus there are only 2 centres in Arnold where you can have your baby weighed totally inadequate.

Thank you for your comments.

As a Trust we strive to provide a good service to our service users and I am sorry that you have had a poor experience.

Due to health and safety regulations, unfortunately we are unable to allow pushchairs into the building.

In terms of clinics it might be helpful for you to speak with your local Health Visitor as they may be able to signpost you to alternative options.

If you would like to discuss this further you can contact Elaine Trainor Professional Lead on 0115 9617616.

Update posted by frustrated32 (the patient)

There are only 2 clinics in the area to attend, one is difficult to get to and I find the other inadequate. The contact details on the centres website all bounce back so you can't even complain directly if you want to. Absolute joke.
