(as a staff member posting for a carer/relative),

Both the dentist and assistant were very gentle with my son who was tensing up all the time through the treatment. This makes alot of difference to how a child views dental treatment.

I'm pleased your son was treated with such care at Hyson Green Dental Department. You're absolutely right, treating patients gently really does make a huge difference. Hopefully your sons confidence will grow each time he visits.
