First of all I am not happy with how they speak to you sometimes or how they handle situations because they can be very patronising. I had a horse stand on my toe ,it got infected and ingrown i have had to wait till april this month suppose to be having it removed on the Friday coming up and you as a hospital had the cheek to move it to June ??Im 14 , its messing up my education because im ill and im disgusted in the way you have handled my situation you and the most pathetic excuse of a hospital i have ever heard , you have no right to even call yourself a hospital after the care you give (which is none).

If anyone ever needed care you would be the least likely to be recommend and im disgusted in the fact that you haven't only done this to me but also to many others .

We are sorry to read your comments regarding the care you have received.

However, I am sure you appreciate that due to the impact of the strike action undertaken by junior doctors we have unfortunately had to cancel and rearrange a number of scheduled non-urgent appointments, including your procedure, so that we can maintain a safe service for emergency admissions and patients who are already in hospital.

We do regret the impact this has on our patients because we know that a delay in treatment can be distressing.
