I attended Warwick Hospital for a colonoscopy recently.
The periods between my referral, initial appointment and examination were all commendably short.
Staff were friendly and helpful, the procedure well explained in a prior handout, and the event was quick and painless.
The report was promptly provided at the end of the procedure and was clear.
I think my only slightly adverse comment is that would have been reassuring to have some verbal comment from the doctor at the end, although I appreciate that the speed of patient throughput was paramount.
On the whole I was thoroughly satisfied with the treatment and grateful for the efficiency and thoughtfulness of all the people involved.
