What I liked
The caring friendly cheerfulness of the nursing staff on the emergency dept.whilst working under very busy and difficult conditions
What could be improved
Apart from the staff almost everything, my mother who is 90 years old was admitted with pnuemonia to the emergency dept at approx 12.30 and was eventually found a bed on an assessment ward at approx. 8pm much of this time she was left as were several other patients on trolleys in a draughty corridor with no food or drink until we requested it, not seeing a doctor until very late afternoon and not getting any actual treatment until she saw another doctor very much later not long before she was moved to and assessment ward, where she was moved on from after I had left the hospital
Anything else?
very dissappointed in the so called super Hospital
"The caring friendly cheerfulness ..."
