(as the patient),

I went into the Skelmersdale walk-in centre this morning for the first time. I had a minor finger injury but I just wanted to say that I was very impressed with the facility and especially the staff who treated me so well.

I don't know how much they are paid but it's not enough and they are a real credit to the NHS. From the receptionist to the nurse (Nurse Matthews) they were all superb and deserve credit for making the facility so good.

Superb staff!
