"5 star treatment"

I had to visit dewsbury for the first time for a post op cataract appointment. The op was done at pontefract and I was not impressed that I had to go to dewsbury for this appointment .

But, how wrong could I be! The treatment I received was absolutely 1st class, I cannot praise the post op nurse enough, the op had not gone according to plan but they did everything in their power and beyond!! To get me sorted out. The surgeon was also kindness themselves.

It was a pleasure to come across this kind of service in the much pressured NHS.
