"painful kidney stone"

About: Darent Valley Hospital / Urology

(as the patient),

Visited A&E with painful kidney stone. The A&E staff, the receptionists, the nurses and doctors were supportive and very caring - they could not do enough from the patients. Transferring, and staying 2 days, in the Acer Ward I again experience helpful and kind-hearted staff. Everyone I came across is a real credit to the NHS. A big thank you!

Dear Davethedog

Thank you for these very kind words which have been passed onto the A&E Department and the Acer Unit. We do hope that you are feeling much better now.

Best wishes
