"Out patient visit"

About: Leicester General Hospital

I was the last to be seen by the consultant Neurologist at a recent out patients appointment.

I expected to be kept waiting as it was the end of a busy clinic , but I felt the 20 minute waiting time was very acceptable.

The reception staff were friendly and respectful and. greeted myself and my partner and offered us a drink from the dispensing machine.

The consultant I found to be most pleasant , thorough and highly professional. They explained my condition to us both in great detail, and gave me time to ask questions.
