"Endoscopy department"

It was my first visit to Bolton hospital at the Endoscopy department today for a colonoscopy. Every single staff member was fantastic & a total credit to the NHS! Being a student nurse I know how stressful nursing can be , but I really inspire to be the kind of nurse that dealt with me today. The nursing staff do not get enough credit for the work they do! Every single member of staff that dealt with me from the receptionist to the nurse has such a warm & friendly manner about them! It really does make the difference to patients who are already anxious & nervous about their procedure! Big Thankyou to all the staff who dealt with me today ... Please could you pass this on so they can get the recognition they deserve!
