Following a fall, I received exceptional care from every member of staff I encountered in Accident and Emergency- from the triage nurse who I saw within minutes of arriving, all the other nursing staff in A&E, the radiographer in X-ray, then the two physiotherapists, followed by the staff in the Observation Unit. Everyone was delightful and went the extra mile to ensure I received excellent, swift care. Thank you.
