"£55 parking ticket for a free NHS blood test !!"

A few weeks ago I went for a blood test on Monday morning. All marked bays were taken so I parked alongside these bays ...not obstructing anyone or anything.

I went into the clinic and there were 37 people in front of me...now what if they had all come in a vehicle..where would they all park. I've got osteoarthritis..diabetes..diverticulitis..gout and asthma (but stll not ill enough for a blue badge)..and the only way for me to get there is to drive. About 40 minutes later someone said there was a warden outside..when I went out there he'd given me a ticket. I mean theres absolutely nothing you can do about how long you have to wait..and thats not what Im complaining about...but something really does need to be done about the parking here.
