"Thank you to all your lovely staff"

About: Horton General Hospital

I had my baby a week ago at the Horton and couldn't thank the lovely patient staff enough. Nearly everyone I came into contact with were amazing. From the staff in the DAU on the run up to birth, to the labour wArd, postnatal ward and SCBU staff. I have a lot of respect for you all and would love to thank each and everyone for the care me and my baby received at every step of the way!

Firstly, congratulations on the birth of your new baby! Thank you for taking the time to give us this lovely feedback. Like you say, they are very busy yet they always go the extra mile to ensure that every woman and baby is taken care of to the best of their abilities. As a Trust we endeavour to provide compassionate and informative care and it is wonderful to hear that your experience was of just that. We hope you are recovering well and enjoying your first days of parenthood.
