What I liked

We spend a great deal of time attending Bristol hospital, be it a clinic, surgery or the Emergency Department waiting for test results. Our overall experiences have been very good and very efficient. Particularly the team on the Renal Ward, 37.

What could be improved

I would say the waiting time on entering the Emergency Department. Not many seats for visitors. Not much space for parents with push chairs.

Thank your for your comments. Your kind words regarding Ward 37 have been passed to the team, who are always grateful to receive feedback from families.

We are currently planning to refurbish the Emergency Department, as a result of significant charitable funding, and will be installing new seating which will be more comfortable. We are looking at the design of the area to make it more family friendly and children, young people and parents will be involved in this process.
