"Poor treatment of a 95 yr old"

My 95 yr old friend was sent to West Mid by his GP, suffering from great pain. He was seen late night by two doctors who promised various tests and treatment. But he was discharged the next day,p - by a doctor whom he'd not seen before - still in huge pain, wth few of the tests performed, and a brusque dismissal of the results of the ultrasound which had been the reason for the admittance in the first place. Within an hour of being sent home, my friend had a fall which required a 999 call
