"It felt like the staff were a family"

About: University Hospital Wishaw

(as the patient),

Today I visited ward 13, WGH. I was extremely nervous, scarred and from the minute I walked in it felt like the staff were a family and I was made to feel at ease and comfortable under the circumstances. The staff were very informative and answered all my questions whilst making me feel as ease. I could not fault the staff at all and would like to thank them all.

Dear Jrtutu,

Many thanks for taking the time to post your comments. I am delighted to hear that you had such a positive experience and that the staff helped you to feel at ease and kept you well informed. I will share your comments with the staff as I am sure they too will be dleighted to receive such positive feedback.

Again,

Many Thanks

Best Wishes

Maureen
