"The Mansfield and Ashfield Women's Group is fantastic"

The women’s group has been fantastic I have met lots of new friends and I feel safe, I really like getting out and about and the group have helped me do this, I have enjoyed travelling on the bus, going bowling, having lunch out and going bowling. I have had lots of fun doing art and crafts like beads, t-shirt designs and painting but I am not so good at quizzes and exercises but the staffs always help me so I enjoy them. I have learned how to be fitter by eating well and doing more exercising and the group has helped me understand that it is important to talk to people I trust about my feelings. I have enjoyed everything about the group, the staff are all very nice and helpful and have organised an interesting and varied programme to keep me happy and get me out of the house. I hope to keep meeting my new friends as I have really liked meeting them, chatting and getting to know them.
