"Many thanks"

I had to attend today after a bump and laceration to my head. I tried to avoid going by attending my GP first, however was asked to attend A & E. Today is a strike day. I feared the worst, for my waiting time, however I was pleasantly surprised. My needs were accurately diagnosed by reception, and a short time later I was called through by the nurse practioner. They were very thorough and friendly, and treated my wound with glue and gave me advice.

I just wanted to say thank you for the excellent service on a day when you must have been under pressure.
