I was admitted to A and E a total of 4 times due to post-tonsillectomy complications. During the 3rd and 4th visits I was attended to by a member of staff who made me feel well looked after, kept me well informed and kept me feeling positive despite the fact I was coughing up blood clots! I'd like to thank them especially for their efforts, as well as the effort of the wider team.
