"Worst service ever"

The wait time is unacceptable waiting for hours. Then after I am seen I am waiting again for 30 mins for paper work, turns out the nurse is giving me the same letter I gave them- what's the point in this.

I take a urine test fill it right to the top of the tube. Then a nurse asks me 3 times to do another urine test, each time I reply I just did it and they go away from me. Then 2 weeks later I get a letter in the post saying the urine test was not processed because it was not enough. What? I filled it right to the top and the nurse even commented about the amount of urine.

What happened why did the nurse ask me 3 times for another sample, go away then come back to me. Clearly they do not know what there doing. Either the nurse was feeling thirsty and drank my urine or they spilled. Either way the service was unacceptable.

I received a letter from my urologist saying I would be refered for a cystocopy on urgent referal 2 week waiting list. It's now been more than a month, not heard anything. Can't even got through to the sectary. I though NHS had legal requirement to meet the 2 week waiting list.

Worst service ever.
