Well what can i say. I have no words the care was just excellent. My apt was 2.30pm. I was called in at 2.31pm. I think the Dr was great, they listened to me and really listened to my problems, worries and fears. They throughly examined me. Has requested bloods and a scan. They explained what they thought the problem is, really put my mind at ease and this was just a lovely person, explained things in a manner and level and pace that i understood. This doctor was nice warm and caring.
I have bad anxiety at the min which is just so horrible. They even talked to me about that. I work for the trust and i am very proud of that. However i have to say i have met some beautiful wonderful staff members of all bands from porters up to consultants. But this doctor tops them all. Thank you and you also have a firm handshake and wonderful smile. Love mrs Browne x
