"respiratory c ward very disappointing"

About: New Cross Hospital

Not happy at all with the services.

A close family member was in hospital roughly 10 months. Over the time the family noticed neglect for the patient. Painkillers were given after a long time after the patient said he was in extreme pain. Some nurses were very rude. The patient deteriorated.

We as a family feel

There was a lot of negligence as we saw this over 10 months. Nothing was done at this hospital.

Eventually the patient was transferred to QE. His condition had detiorated so badly that nothing could be done for him at QE. He sadly passed away.
