I tool Mum to Audiology at Brownhills Clinic this morning for fitting of her two hearing aids

we saw Andrew for the second time. He was lovely, really kind and patient with mum. (he did her hearing test in our previous visit too)

Thank you Julzh for your feedback. I am also grateful for you sharing your appreciation of Andrew the Audiologist who undertook the hearing test and fitted the hearing aids for your mother.

I will ensure that this is passed on to Andrew and the service lead for Audiology.
