"Misdignosed"

I visited the walk in centre yesterday as I was sent over by work on account of me having a rash on my hands, arms and feet and a very sore throat. I was told it could be a number of things but nothing specific. Nurse looked at my rash and said they didn't know of any rash that would blister like bits of mine had. The nurse took my temperature which was fine and looked at my throat and said that was fine too even though if felt like I was swallowing razorblades!

Managed to get an appointment with a nurse today in my GP and all they did was look in my throat and tell me I had bacterial tonsillitis and the rash was from a viral infection I had last week when I was very ill and the tonsillitis is a secondary bacterial infection from that.

I am not happy that I was told there was nothing wrong with me when I visited the walk in centre.

I am now on anti-biotics for a week!

Hi, I'm really sorry that you did not receive the correct diagnosis, could you let me know what walk in centre you visited so that I can look into it further?

Many Thanks
