I would like to thank the Urgent Care Centre for the excellent care that I have received. I arrived suffering from breathlessness and chest pains and the doctor who treated me was superb. The doctor diagnosed a chest infection but also took a blood sample, had it rapidly analysed and telephoned me at home when it transpired that I needed urgent medical care and arranged for immediate hospital admission. The doctor's timely and perceptive intervention undoubtedly save me from much more serious consequences from what turned out to be pneumonia. I cannot praise the Bishop Auckland Urgent Care Centre highly enough.
