"Given good treatment"

About: Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust - City Campus / General medicine

(as the patient),

I was sent to the City Hospital by the NHS walk in centre, as they could not help me with my abscest finger. I only waited a short time and was seen by 2 doctors who informed me it would have to be operated on that evening or the following day which it was. I consider I was given very good treatment from all the staff there, from all medical staff down to people giving out meals. I still return to the ward for dressings on my fingers, they are always ready and waiting for me on arrival. I have nothing but praise for all.

Thank you for taking the time to give your positive feedback regarding your recent visit and subsequent treatment at NUH City Campus.

I shall forward this on to the hospital as they are always pleased to hear that patients have had good treatment.

Best wishes
