"A&E service"

About: Queen's Hospital (Romford)

Have been placed to the hospital together with my son (5y.o) by Ambulance due to son's persistent high temperature. everything was surprisingly fine from the very beginning the level of attention from A&E staff and then in hospital for the next 2 days. Was placed in single occupied room and provided with all possible services. The treatment resolve the immediate issue but no attention was given to the source of issue, simply referring to GP. after 5 days since we were released from the hospital everything happened again. I'm fine from the level of service provided to deal with immediate problem, but totally disappointed that the main issue was not addressed at all, leading to repetitive issues after release from hospital.
