About: Basildon University Hospital

I had a 4 day stay in Elsdon Ward in November 2015 following a visit to A&E and I couldn't have wished for better care.

The staff were amazing, all staff, including those providing the meals and drinks and all worked so hard.

the Nursing staff always let me know what was happening with regards to my treatment and apologised if there were any delays, which they didnt need to do as they were so very busy.

I was very well looked after and can't thank everyone enough.
