About: Medway Maritime Hospital / General surgery

(as the patient),

Was told by my GP to go to hot clinic SAU ward. Turned up I had no paper work from GP they had no knowledge of me, thought great was about to go home. A nurse asked what was the problem I explained what was the matter with me she told me to go to waiting room, About half an hour later I thought to myself I will go home but no I had to fill out a form and was seen by a surgeon, examined, giving medication and a appointment for a week later. Thank you for being so promt and caring, nothing but praise
