I was in for an Endoscopy today Monday 25th of

April Very very nervous I was But I have to say what a great day ward and the staff are absolutely amazing very friendly and make you feel at ease And I must say the Consultant that done my Endoscopy totally put me at ease talked me through everything What a lovely consultant You should be very proud to have staff like that

Thank you for taking the time to comment on NHS Choices regarding your recent experience of our Endoscopy Unit.

I am absolutely delighted that all went well for you and that our staff were able to allay your fears and anxieties.

Any attendance at hospital can be nerve wracking and it is crucial staff are able to recognise that and make patients feel at ease during their stay/procedure, which they did do for you.

I will ensure your very positive comments are shared with the Unit as it is always lovely to receive such feedback.
