"Been trying to contact department for 2 days...."

Have been trying to contact the Gynaecology department for 2 days. Have a general enquiry in relation to an appointment I am going to be attending. Need confirmation ASAP, ridiculous service when no one answers calls! Have attempted to call over 12 times!
