"Impossible to get through...."

I have tried and tried to get through to this department regarding my pending appointment and I am shocked with the lack of any response whatsoever. The number continually rings out and there is no way else to get through apart from persistently trying to ring. There is no queuing system or method to leave an answer machine message. Disgraceful service.
