I wanted to write and thank you most sincerely for the wonderful care and attention I received at Aintree Hospital following my accident on Wednesday 13th April 2016

I was knocked unconscious, broke my jaw and was transferred to Aintree by two lovely paramedics. I went into Ward 28, the member of staff I saw was kind, caring, totally efficient nothing was too much trouble. Having had two nightmare experiences in another local hospital, I was terrified when told I would need an operation but the anaesthetist actually came to see me before the operation and assured me that medicine had progressed in recent years and at no point would I be given too much anaesthetic, the anaesthetist held my hand and took away all the worry.

I cannot thank you enough for looking after me so well, your staff were warm/friendly/efficient and totally professional - my faith in the NHS has been restored.

Once again, thank you most sincerely.
