"Visit to A&E - Friday 5th February 2016"

About: Whipps Cross University Hospital

I was taken to Whipps Cross A&E by ambulance on 5th February 2016 with severe chest pains and suspected pneumonia.

I was seen immediately and treated with the utmost courtesy and respect.

I was in for the whole day and treated with antibiotics and other meds which stabilised my condition, and was allowed to go home later on in the evening when they got my symptoms under control (I was there for a good 12 hours).

The nursing staff and doctors were lovely and so helpful, especially as I was very frightened as I couldn't breathe properly.

I couldn't ask for better care.

They really were wonderful.

Thank you to all at Whipps Cross A&E Department.

Thank you for taking time to post a review on our A&E services and the care you received whilst you were there.

It is always lovely to hear when patients are happy with the care they receive by our staff. Your feedback and thanks have been shared with the team in A&E.

Best wishes

Barts Health NHS Trust
