What I liked
The canteen.
Some nurses are really making difference in patient’s life by adopting Nightingale’s method.
What could be improved
Communication between professionals at ward level. They are taking long time to make decisions.
Consultant is discharging patient without doing the through check up. As resulted patient was admitted at hospital in less than 24 hours.
Some nurses needs to improve their attitude, empathy, listening and interpersonal skills.
Parents know their children well on that note they should be involve in decision making.
