I'm a very difficult person to get blood out of so I'm not very keen getting my bloods done as nobody can get them, but HCA Craig called me into the room where they take bloods. Once he called me into the room he told me his name & told me everything he was going to do. Craig took his time while getting blood, & actually got it first time so well done him also whilst he was taking my blood he spoke to me to make me feel at ease and he didn't rush anything. Next time I visit general outpatients I hope Craig is on shift again as I will be asking him again to take my blood again as he made me feel at ease.
