Having a glucose test my appointment was almost an hour late, then I had to wait a further 2 hrs for another blood test 2 and half hrs later I was seen again. Maybe if they had more than one nurse trying to see all patients and less staff walking around with cups of teas and coffees maybe appointments wouldnt be late! !
