About: Arrowe Park Hospital

From admission at SEAL unit were all staff were amazing, putting my racing pulse at ease right through to day case for ERCP on endoscopy unit 3rd floor. Nurses in recovery room were all lovely and caring - although really busy was made to feel like I was the only patient there.

Consultant was lovely, precise and straight talking taking time to explain procedure as was anaesthetist who in my opinion was literally a breath of fresh air (I do not remember a thing of the actual procedure) all theatre staff were caring and I felt in good hands. Thank you for such first class treatment.
