"My son was admitted for a knee ..."

About: Leicester Royal Infirmary

(as the patient),

What I liked

My son was admitted for a knee operation and the care was excellent. The consultant was extremely good at making sure my son was fully aware of what the operation entailed and the staff and care on ward 4 was friendly and thorough. All appointments have been on time and I have been very impressed with the way we have been treated by both staff in the fracture clinic and the consultant.

What could be improved

The carparking brings the stress levels up. Not knowing leicester and the hospital carpark being full I was very stuck! It meant I had to send my son in for his appointment on his own which horrible.
