"Great care - admin needs addressing"

About: Lister Hospital

I visited the outpatients last March (2015)- having steroid injections for my arthritis.

The care from the nurses and consultant was faultless. I was told I needed to be seen in 6 months. The admin desk told me I'd hear from them with an appoint.

In November, I hadn't heard anything - so I called. Appointments said their next date was Feb 2016 and to call the consultants secretary. So I did. I left a message. twice over the next Month. Nothing.

So, here we are, I'm still in pain and needing to see my consultant but unable to get a response from any admin staff.

The care is great once I'm seen - but I really need an appointment as clearly my name has been missed off when sorting them out. It's over a year now since I was seen, and over 6 months since I was supposed to be reviewed.
